About the store
These terms apply when you order physical products from the Lukies Candles store. The store is operated by LudeHQ, based in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy the products in your cart. We confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example when a product is out of stock or the delivery details are incomplete. If we decline an order, we will let you know.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable VAT. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you place the order. You can pay by Revolut transfer before we ship, or in cash when your order is delivered, whichever you select at checkout. Revolut orders ship once the transfer clears.
Delivery
We deliver within Cyprus. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a phone number where the courier can reach you. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.
Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Our Returns and Refunds page explains how to tell us and return the products.
Legal guarantee
Consumers have a two year legal guarantee for products that are defective or not as described. This guarantee is separate from the right of withdrawal and does not cost you anything.
Acceptable use of the site
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or misuse any site content or feature.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LudeHQ is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or affects your mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Larnaca have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
