Returns and Refunds

Your right to withdraw
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. You do not need to give a reason.
How to make a return
Email contact@ludehq.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your name and order number so we can identify the order. We will send you return instructions. You must send the items back within 14 days after telling us that you are withdrawing.
Condition of returned items
Candles must be unused and in their original condition. You may handle and inspect them as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the items.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when you change your mind. We cover the return cost if an item arrived damaged or if we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
We refund the full price paid for returned items within 14 days of receiving them back. If you paid by Revolut we refund the account that made the transfer. If you paid cash on delivery we will ask for your bank or Revolut details so we can send the refund, and we use those details only for the refund.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. We will replace it or refund it and we will cover the return cost.
Legal guarantee
Consumers also have a two year legal guarantee for products that are defective or not as described. This right is separate from the 14 day right of withdrawal.
